Over five years on Rock Content’s marketing team, I developed more than 25 exclusive t-shirt designs supporting events, marketing campaigns, and internal initiatives. The shirts became highly sought after at events, in addition to being distributed to internal teams and select clients, reinforcing brand culture and engagement.
The process always began with a briefing to understand the goal and the message. From there, I explored references from music, TV series, and movies, creating dynamic and appealing visual connections. Some themes required more adjustments and refinements, but the process was always creative and open to improvements.
Designing t-shirts for Rock Content was a moment of creative freedom and exploration, as well as a valuable opportunity to collaborate with other team members. It was also a way to use design as a channel to strengthen organizational culture and enhance the sense of belonging for everyone.
