Creating visual experiences for a webinar series that combined team autonomy with audience engagement.
Between 2020 and 2024, I contributed to the development of Jam Session, a series of interviews where Rock Content invited marketing professionals to share ideas, tips, and strategies. The goal was to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads, especially in the U.S.
As a designer, I collaborated with the marketing team and other designers to build a workflow that allowed biweekly launches of new webinars. Some of the key assets we developed include:
- Visual identity: the typography and color palette were created by designer Daniela Otalvaro, and the project logo was designed by Willian Gomes. These assets served as the foundation for consistency across all Jam Session materials.
- Promotional materials: we created multiple Canva templates in a collaborative setup, allowing anyone on the team to edit and quickly adapt layouts for episode promotion.
- Landing Pages in HubSpot: I developed landing page templates optimized for mobile. Having two distinct templates added visual variety for recurring viewers while keeping the identity consistent and easy for the team to update.
- Broadcast pages in Ion Interactive: I built layouts integrating YouTube video and chat, episode description, and guest bios. I also included three customizable CTAs to promote related content and a final CTA for lead capture.
- Content hub: inspired by a “Netflix for marketers,” it centralized recent episodes, banners featuring highlighted webinars, and a searchable library to make past content easier to find.
- Process documentation: I produced internal tutorials detailing how to update each asset (landing pages, broadcast pages, and the hub), ensuring full autonomy for the marketing team.
Since its launch, Jam Session has reached over 11,000 viewers in Brazil and the U.S. It was a unique opportunity to design a permanent and scalable structure that balanced easy editing, measurable results, and a great audience experience.
